I am passionate about food, about growing it, preparing it, and sharing it beautifully with those I love. Over the years this has led me to build a formal Potager Garden, drawing inspiration from designs of Rosemary Verey and Sir Roy Strong, the Potager du Roi at Versailles, and the Victorian kitchen gardens of England. I choose to plant those things which can not commonly be found at farmer’s markets: strawberry geranium, gooseberries and currants, Mara des Bois Strawberries, edible flowers, and rare heirloom tomatoes and lettuces. This garden is, as all things should be, practical, beautiful, and capable of providing delight to all who should have the good fortune to stroll its walks with a glass of champagne in hand.
