The only request for the bedroom was that it have new bedding, and be made more restful without replacing any of the furnishings. The astringent lemon yellow walls were repainted in a bright yet soothing Cabbage White by Farrow and Ball, and a colorful palette of coral, aqua, and lime green was taken from a handmade rag rug. Soft blush linen curtains soften the light and provide privacy, and the bedside tables are graced with sea shells, a driftwood photo frame, a whimsical crab lamp, and a glass carafe also engraved with a crab.
